Falling Into Balance Yoga Series
Join us this Fall as Theresa Sanders (CYT, MPH) leads us in a 4-week yoga series exploring the topic of balance. Classes will include gentle yoga poses as well as breathing and meditation exercises. This is a gentle yoga class series designed for all bodies and levels of yoga experience.
